: The functions, duties and powers of the Executive Council shall be as follows:-
(a) To carry out the decisions and directives of the Assembly (b) To prepare the draft of the rules necessary for the establishment and submit it to the assembly for approval,
(c) To prepare and submit to the assembly for approval the policies, plans, annual programs, progress reports, annual budgets, audit reports and other proposals of the establishment,
(d) To monitor and evaluate the work and actions completed by the subordinate agencies and to give instructions to such agencies as needed,
(e) To operate, maintain and protect, sell and lease the foundation's fund and movable immovable property subject to the policy directive of the Assembly, but the approval of the Government of Nepal shall be obtained when selling the immovable property received from the Government of Nepal.
(f)    Acceptance of various forms of support received by the Foundation,
(G) To do other work as specified.
