: (1) At least three months before the beginning of the financial year of the institution, the program of operations to be carried out by the institution and its subsidiaries in the coming financial year, development work, statement of income and expenditure, statement of other works, capital investment and addition of employees. If help is needed, the committee should propose the financial cost along with its details and submit it to the general meeting for approval.
(2) In any financial year, if the institute wants to carry out any other special work in addition to the things mentioned in the program already submitted under sub-section (1) and if it is likely to cause a substantial change in the proposed financial cost, the institute shall prepare a supplementary program for such work and in that regard for that financial year. The expenses to be incurred on the remaining amount and the supplementary cost of the amount to be received will be submitted to the general meeting for approval.
(3) Unless there is an arrangement for a general meeting, the committee must submit the report as per subsection (1) and (2) to the Government of Nepal.
