: (1) The committee shall at least three months before the beginning of its financial year, the program related to the operation of the work carried out by the institute and its subsidiaries in the coming financial year, statement of income and expenditure of development work, statement of other work matters, capital investment and If more help from the employees is needed, the financial cost along with the details should be proposed and submitted to the general meeting for approval.
(2) In any financial year, if the institute wants to do any other special work in addition to the things mentioned in the program already submitted under sub-section (1) and if it is likely to cause a substantial change in the proposed financial cost, then the institute should prepare a supplementary program for such work and in that regard the said financial The expenses incurred for the rest of the year and the supplementary cost of the received amount will be submitted to the general meeting for approval.
(3) Unless there is an arrangement for a general meeting, the committee must submit the report as per sub-section (1) and (2) to the Government of Nepal.
