Section 6
Acting
If the position of the chairman becomes vacant due to any reason, if he is on leave, if he is unable to perform his duties due to the conditions mentioned in sub-section (6) of Article 101 of the Constitution, or if he is absent from the commission for any other reason, the senior member of the commission shall act as the acting chairman of the commission. will work
