Unenforceable Contract

(1) An agreement that cannot be enforced by the court shall be considered as an unenforceable agreement.
(2) The following agreement cannot be enforced by the court, even if the delivery agreement has been completed in accordance with paragraph-2 of this part:-
(a) In the absence of a written contract, which should be in writing according to law,
(b) In accordance with the law, a contract that requires completion of a specific formality, procedure or registration in any body, if such formality, procedure is not completed or is not registered,
