(1) In accordance with Section 35 of the Act, there will be an implementation committee as follows to carry out national risk assessment and support the work of the National Coordination Committee:-

(f) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs – Member
(g) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs – Member
(h) Joint Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs – Member
(i) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Forests and Land Conservation – Member
(j) Joint Secretary, Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission – Member
(k) Head, Money Laundering Investigation Department – ​​Member

(2) The implementation committee may form sub-committees as needed to assist in its work and the scope of such sub-committee shall be as determined when the sub-committee is formed.
(3) The meeting of the sub-committee according to sub-rule (2) may be called by the coordinator of the sub-committee as required and the procedure of the meeting shall be as determined by the sub-committee itself.
(4) Officials of related agencies or any other experts can be invited to the meeting as per the need.
