Section 93
Provisions relating to offices and inspectors
(1) The Government of Nepal may establish labor offices as required for the implementation of this Act and prevailing labor laws of Nepal.
(2) The districts within the jurisdiction of the labor office established as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the Ministry.
(3) The Government of Nepal may appoint one or more inspectors as required for any area by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
