Section 13
Responsibilities of the Head of Office
In addition to the work, duties and rights mentioned in the current law, the other work, duties and rights of the head of office shall be as follows:- (a) Management of the office in which he is in charge, conducting daily operations and supervising and controlling the employees working in that office, (b) Assigning tasks to the employees of the office and subordinate offices under him, (c) Transferring non-gazetted employees of the office and subordinate offices under him from one office to another office, (d) Awarding the employees of his office who perform very excellent and commendable work for their work done for the award of grade addition. Recommending detailed information to the head of the department, (e) to complete the work of the projects under the office in which he/she is in charge, (f) to make the services provided to the public from the office in which he/she is in effective, (g) other work and duties as specified and exercise or cause to be exercised.
