(1) According to section 16 of the Act, the commission may establish a regional election office or a district election office as needed for the work to be performed by itself.

(2) According to sub-rule (1) When the office is established, it will be done at the place where the headquarters of the district is located.

(3) The district election office will not be established in the district where there is a regional election office.
