Section 6
Regarding the sending of documents to the National Archives by the Office

6.1 The Office shall send the following documents to the National Archives for safe keeping:- 6.1.1 Twenty-five years old or older Subsection 2.1.1.1 and 2.1.1.2 important document from national point of view, 6.1.2 copy or photograph of Tadapatra, bhojapatra, goldpapatra, copperpapatra or inscription, 6.1.3 every first stamped postage stamp and money order form, airmail and New publication of post cards. 6.2 If the office considers that it should be preserved as an archive from a national point of view, it may send the following documents to the National Archives for safe preservation for a specified or unspecified period:- 6.2.1 Reports, financial statements, treaty agreements or any publications, 6.2. 2 Manuscripts, books, letters, letters, drawings or pictures, 6.2.3 Maps, plans, charts, files, missiles or registers, films, 6.2.4 Films, microfilms (sound recorders), Original copy or copy of film or computer disk or computer cassette, 6.2.5 Other documents except those mentioned in subsection 6.2.1, 6.2.2, 6.2.3 or 6.2.4. 6.3 The office shall send the specified documents to the National Archives when washing government documents in accordance with the prevailing law on washing government documents. 6.4 When the office sends the document to the National Archives, it must also send a list according to its classification. 6.5 When the office sends documents as per sub-section 6.1 or 6.2 to the National Archives, if such documents are not to be viewed, moved or copied to anyone other than the specified person for a certain period of time, it shall be sent to the National Archives, stating that matter and such period as well. 6.6 According to sub-section 6.1, the documents sent by the office to the National Archives cannot be withdrawn by the said office. However, among the documents sent to the National Archives according to sub-section 6.2, the documents sent for a specified period may be withdrawn by the relevant office as specified after the expiry of such period. 6.7 National Authority in accordance with subsection 6.1If the document sent to the Secretariat is needed by the office from which it was sent, the National Archives may return such document to the National Archives and make it available to the relevant office for a specified period.
