(1) A worker or employee who has completed one year of uninterrupted service in a tea plantation can get a maximum of thirteen days of leave if he/she is not able to do so according to the religion.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the employee who is on holiday leave will get the full salary for the period during which he is on leave.
