Section 48
Kiriya leave
: (1) If the husband or wife dies or if the worker has to stay in Kiriya according to his own religion, or if a married woman worker has to stay in Kiriya due to the death of her parents or mother-in-law, she will get thirteen days of Kiriya leave.
(2) Workers who are on holiday leave as per sub-section (1) will get full wages.
