Rule 6
If the installment is not paid, the land will belong to the Government of Nepal
(1) According to sub-rule (2) of rule 5 of the land acquired by a person or family, if the installment is not paid within the specified time, such land will be seized by the Government of Nepal and the land will be sold and distributed according to the Act.
