Rule 57
For the purpose of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 25 of the
act regarding diplomatic privileges, a person receiving diplomatic privileges must submit an application to the department to get the tax amount back by attaching the receipt given by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
