(1) Although no notice has been published regarding the settlement of a contract for a new amount that has not been contracted in the past, if someone wishes to take a contract for such an amount, for what period and how much The number and conditions to be taken will be disclosed to the station, office or official who will arrange the contract and make a formal application. After understanding all the facts, if it is seen that it would be particularly beneficial to the Government of Nepal and the people will not suffer any special pain if that amount is settled, it can take necessary action to settle the contract.

(3) Contract settlement In this case, the petitioner under sub-rule (1) may re-join in the procedure related to the settlement of that amount by keeping the required deposit as per Section 6 of the Act.
