Notwithstanding anything contained hereinbefore, the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Forests and Land (Ministry of Conservation) shall, for a specific period of time in any designated area, allow any wild animal or bird other than the wild animal or bird mentioned in Schedule (1) of the Act Nepal may publish it in the Gazette and declare it as harmful for agriculture and wild animals or birds declared as harmful may be chased, chased, captured or killed in fields, barns, fields without a permit, subject to the conditions and restrictions specified in the notification.
