: In addition to the functions, duties and powers mentioned elsewhere in this Act, the functions, duties and powers of the Chancellor shall be as follows:-
(a) To execute the instructions given by the Assembly and the decisions made by the Council (b) To prepare the annual program, budget, report and other reports of Pragya Pratishthan,
(c) General control of Pragya Pratishthan's work, actions and personnel administration (d) To enter into a contract on behalf of Pragya Pratishthan with the approval of the Council (e) Necessary contact with domestic and foreign associations on matters related to the work of Pragya Pratishthan,
(f) To do other work as specified.
