(1) The Minister of Education, Science and Technology will be the chancellor of the university. (2) The chancellor will be the head of the university and the chairman of the assembly. (3) The chancellor will preside over the convocation ceremony of the university.
(4) The Chancellor may inspect the University and give directions to the University as necessary.
