(1) The Center shall be an organized and fully self-governing organization with international personality and unbroken succession. The Center shall not receive instructions from any government or organization other than the Committee.

(2) The Center shall have its own stamp and may enter into contracts and file appeals in its own name and may also file appeals in the same name.

(3) The Center shall grant - donation, grant, box, lease to movable and immovable property, right, permission, facility or assistance from the Government of Nepal or any foreign government or government organization or domestic, foreign or international organization, company, corporation or individual. , purchase, sale, mortgage, rent or any other way to acquire, enjoy, transfer or mortgage such movable and immovable property, rent or sell and donate.

(4) The center will be run in a non-profit making manner and will remain free from politics in relation to management, staff recruitment and operations.
