(1) The Center shall be a self-governing and organized body with unbroken succession.
(2) The Center shall have a separate seal of its own (3) The Center may acquire, enjoy, sell or otherwise dispose of movable and immovable property as well as persons.
(4) The center can sue and complain in its own name like an individual and can also sue and complain against the center in the same name.
