(1) While staying in Nepal in connection with activities related to the Center, the Government of Nepal shall include the members of the Committee, the Director and the Deputy Director of the Center in the relevant diplomatic category and provide them with the same facilities and immunities as given to diplomatic persons in accordance with the prevailing laws. .
(2) Provision of facilities and immunities according to the Treaty on the Facilities and Immunities of the United Nations Federal Special Organizations passed on November 21, 1947, to which Nepal is also a party since September 28, 1965, while in Nepal in the course of performing their duties related to the Center.
(3) The facility and immunity according to this section will be provided by the Government of Nepal at the request of the center. Details of the nature of the work and any changes made to it must be given to the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
(5) In order to obtain the facilities and exemptions under this section, the concerned person must show his identity card issued by the center as required.
(6) In addition to the facilities and immunities provided under this section, nothing in this section shall be considered as an obstacle to providing other facilities and immunities as deemed necessary by the Government of Nepal.
(7) Notwithstanding anything else written in this section. Nepalese citizens will not be given the facilities under this section.
