(1) Regarding whether the center is operating in accordance with the Act and these regulations, the National Committee shall inspect and monitor as necessary and the District Committee at least once every six months.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the officials assigned to inspect and monitor shall submit a report to the relevant committee in the format as per schedule-3. The district committee should send the monitoring report received by it to the national committee.
