(1) The organization operating the center shall form a management committee for the management of the center.
(2) At least fifty percent of the total number of the committee as per sub-rule (1) should be women.
(3) The Center shall make arrangements to provide services from persons who have competence and experience in the matters related to the services they provide.
(4) A separate record of the personal details of each victim in the center should be kept
