(1) The meeting of the Central Committee shall be held four times in a year at the date, time and place determined by the Chairman and if necessary, the meeting may be held more times.
(2) The Central Committee may invite any officer or expert to participate in the meeting of the Central Committee as an invitee or observer as required.
(3) If fifty percent of the total number of members of the Central Committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the Central Committee shall be deemed to have been reached.
(4) The meeting of the Central Committee shall be chaired by the Chairman of the Committee. In the absence of the chairman, a member chosen by the members from among themselves will preside over the meeting.
(5) In the meeting of the Central Committee, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall cast the deciding vote.
(6) The decision of the meeting of the Central Committee shall be verified by the member-secretary of the committee and made available to all members for information.
(7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Central Committee shall be as determined by the Central Committee itself.
