: (1) The meeting of the Central Market Monitoring Committee shall be held on the date, time and place determined by the coordinator of the said committee as per the requirement.
(2) If more than fifty percent of the members of the Central Market Monitoring Committee are present, it will be considered that the quorum for the meeting of that committee has been reached. (3) The opinion of the majority in the Central Market Monitoring Committee shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the meeting shall be held. The person presiding will have the casting vote.
(4) Officials and experts of different thematic sector agencies or organizations may be invited to the meeting of the Central Market Monitoring Committee as required.
(5) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Central Market Monitoring Committee may be determined by the said committee itself.
(6) The meeting allowance received by the coordinators and members of the Central Market Monitoring Committee for participating in the meeting shall be in accordance with the standards approved by the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Finance.
