Section 62
Payment of Kermat or Non-Decreased Negotiable Deeds
A person or a bank who duly pays a negotiable deed of exchange deed that has a Kermet or an additional deed but does not appear at a cursory glance or a crossed check that does not show a crossed mark at a cursory glance shall be released from his liability.
