(1) If a criminal over eighteen years of age and physically healthy who has been sentenced to three years or more than three years of imprisonment, the prison may make him do manual labor for public work.
(2) According to sub-section (1), an offender subjected to physical labor for public work shall be sentenced to one additional day for every three days of labor.
(3) According to sub-section (1), other provisions related to physical labor for public work shall be as prescribed.
