If a document brought to a government office or an organized organization for registration is added and carmatized in such a way that the letters can be understood, the relevant officer shall make his signature in the place where the addition or carmatization has been made, and the place where the letters have been added or carmatized should be certified and registered. .
(2) In the document brought for registration from any government office or organized organization, if any letter is added or damaged and signed by the head of such office or organization or an officer authorized by him, the same document can be registered.
(3) If a document is brought to be registered without the procedure in accordance with sub-section (1) or (2), the authorized officer of such government office or institution shall clearly state the reason why the document should not be registered and register it with his signature on the back of the document including the date. The document should be returned after compensating the person who brought it.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, any document registered in a government office or an organized organization shall not be returned to anyone for another exchange and no addition, addition of numbers, letters, deletions, deletions, reductions or additions shall be made.
