(1) To operate and manage the fund, there will be a fund operation and management committee as follows:-
(a) Secretary, Ministry of Finance – Coordinator (b) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice, Constituent Assembly and Parliamentary Affairs - Member (c) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs – Member
(d) Representative (First Grade), Office of the Accountant General – Member
(e) Director General, Department – ​​Member Secretary
(2) If the committee deems it necessary, it may invite domestic or foreign experts to participate in the meeting of the committee as observers.
(3) The procedure for the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
(4) The secretariat of the committee will be in the department.
