(1) In addition to the amount received in accordance with the prevailing law related to securities, the funds of the Board shall include the following amounts received by the Board in accordance with this Act:-
(a) Amount of application fee,
(b) Amount of license fee,
(c) Amount of license renewal fee,
(d) the amount of the penalty, and
(e) Any other amount to be received in accordance with the Act.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the arrangements regarding the use of the amount received in the fund, its accounting and auditing shall be as per the provisions in the prevailing law relating to securities.
