(1) The Fund shall be a self-governing and organized body with inalienable succession (2) The fund shall have a separate seal for its operations.
(3) The fund may acquire, enjoy, sell or dispose of movable and immovable property in any other manner, subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules and regulations made under this Act.
(4) The fund can file a complaint in its own name as well as a person and can also file a complaint against the fund in the same name.
