(1) The right of the fund over the mortgage shall not be terminated just because the fund does not take any action to seize the mortgage or recover the debt within the time limit specified in the document in which the fund has mortgaged any property.
(2) In accordance with the conditions mentioned in the agreement, if the fund seizes the mortgage, uses it as a usufruct, rents or leases it, or allows others to operate it by sharing the profits, the fund will be entitled to sell the interest and additional debt or sell the mortgage if the installment of the loan amount is not paid. Funding rights will not be affected.
