(1) The funds will be used as follows:-
(a) To distribute the amount obtained by auctioning the seized property or instrument according to the order or judgment of the foreign court,
(b) To return the property collected as a bond to the concerned person as prescribed,
(c) To return to the concerned person according to the order of the court,
(d) To deposit in the reserve fund. दुधाध (2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal may use the funds in the fund for legal reform, crime prevention, control, investigation, prosecution, administration of justice and the capacity and professional efficiency of the human resources involved in related activities.
(3) Other provisions related to the use of funds shall be as prescribed.
