The funds will be spent on the following activities:
(a) to recover court fees, fines or other sums due in accordance with law or court judgment or order, (b) To return the bond or surety amount to be returned according to the judgment or order of the court,
(c) to give awards and other sums due in accordance with law or court judgment or order,
(d) to build court buildings, residences for judges and other court employees and to extend, repair and maintain such buildings and if necessary to purchase land for the same,
(e) To spend on any other judicial work to be done by the court according to the law
