1. A fund named Civil Employees Contribution Fund has been established. 2. The fund according to sub-rule 910 shall have the following amounts:-

A. Voluntary contributions to the fund by civil servants, b. The amount received from the Government of Nepal, c. Funds received from indigenous associations, organizations, individuals or retired civil servants, d. Funds received from international organizations, organizations, foreign governments or individuals,

e. Funds received from any other source.

(3) Before receiving funds as per clause 9D0 of sub-rule 920, Nepal Prior approval of the Government, Ministry of Finance should be obtained.
(4) The amount according to sub-rule 920 shall be opened and deposited in a separate account in the name of the fund in a licensed "A" class bank in accordance with the prevailing law regarding banks and financial institutions as determined by the Central Committee.
(5) The operation of the account of the fund shall be by the joint signature of the chairman and member-secretary of the central committee.
