(1) For the benefit of employees and retired persons, the following funds shall be provided from the fund for the following purposes:-

(a) To employees, retired persons or their family members. If the amount received during the treatment for a serious illness is not enough according to the Civil Service Act, 2049 and the Civil Service Regulations, 2050, up to a maximum of five lakh rupees from the expenses incurred during the treatment according to the recommendation of the Medical Board. (b) Up to a maximum of one lakh rupees for the treatment of an employee, retired person or a member of his family in case of disability due to an accident,
(c) In case of damage to the residence of an employee or a retired person due to a natural calamity or calamity, up to a maximum of five lakh rupees depending on the damage,
(d) In the event of the death of an employee, a retired person or a member of his family, up to the amount specified by the Board of Directors for the expenses of Kazkiria,
(e) In other areas identified by the Board of Directors up to the amount determined by the Board of Directors.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the statement regarding the amount spent shall be made public by the board of directors every six months.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the board of directors may increase the amount given in accordance with sub-rule (1) if the funds are sufficient.
