(1) According to the prevailing law, the amount raised for the alcohol control service fee shall be deposited in the fund. (2) According to sub-rule (1), the duty of depositing the amount in the fund shall be the duty of collecting such service fee.
(3) According to sub-rules (1) and (2), the procedures for depositing funds in the fund shall be as prescribed by the committee.
