- (1) The fund can raise other necessary financial resources including support and grants from the government of Nepal, governmental and non-governmental organizations, foreign governments or organizations, international organizations or organizations or individuals to carry out the program according to its objectives. However, before taking financial resources from a foreign government or organization, international organization or agency or foreign person, the fund must obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the amount of subsidy received from the Government of Nepal in the fund and the amount of assistance or subsidy received from foreign government or organization, international organization or agency or foreign person shall be included in the budget of the Government of Nepal and provided to the fund as a subsidy.
