The fund can raise necessary financial resources including loans, grants, donations or gifts from the Government of Nepal, government and non-government organizations, foreign governments or organizations, international organizations or organizations to carry out programs according to its objectives. However, before taking financial resources from foreign governments or organizations, international organizations or agencies, the fund must obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal.
