Section 32B
<br> that the fund may act as a custodian
The Fund may take over the securities of domestic or foreign investors, buy and sell them, arrange for them to be sold, or transfer the names of the securities sold, cancel the filing and collect interest or profit.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the work, duties, rights and obligations to be fulfilled by the fund as a certificate of debenture shall be as prescribed.
