– (1) The Fund shall have a separate fund of its own and the following amounts shall be in that fund:-
(a) Grants received from the Government of Nepal,
(b) assistance or grant received from a foreign government, national or international association, organization or individual,
(c) The amount earned from movable and immovable assets of the fund,
(d) Amount received from any other source.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the entire amount received by the fund shall be opened and deposited in an account in Nepal Rastra Bank or any commercial bank located in the state of Nepal.
(3) All expenses incurred on behalf of the fund shall be met from the amount accumulated in the fund as per sub-section (1). However, the amount allocated for the operational expenses of the fund for projects and programs is Rs. If it is up to fifty crores, seven percent, if it is more than fifty crores up to one billion, three hundred and fifty million or five percent, whichever is higher, and whatever amount is above one billion, it will not exceed five million or four percent, whichever is higher.
(4) The operation of the fund account shall be as prescribed.
