(1) The fund shall have its own separate fund and the following amounts shall be in that fund:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal.
(b) assistance, grant or loan received from foreign government, national or international association, organization.
(c) Donations or gifts received from domestic or foreign associations, organizations or individuals.
(d) Fees received for services and consultations provided to agencies related to urban development.
(e) Amounts raised from investments made by the Fund.
(f) Amounts received by issuing debentures and any other type of bonds.
(g) The amount earned from movable and immovable assets of the fund.
(h) Amounts received by the Fund from any other source.
(2) According to sub-section (1), all funds received by the fund shall be opened and deposited in a commercial bank located in Nepal. (3) All expenses incurred on behalf of the fund shall be met from the amount accumulated in the fund as per sub-section (1).
(4) The operation of the fund shall be as prescribed.
