: (1) Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and construct a quarantine site in the area where a quarantine check post has been established according to section 3.
(2) Regardless of what is written in sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal may grant permission to the private sector to construct a quarantine site.
(3) According to sub-section (2), those who want to build a quarantine site in a non-government area should get a letter of recommendation from the department.
(4) According to sub-section (1) or (2), the conditions to be followed and the criteria to be adopted while constructing the quarantine site shall be as prescribed.
