(1) No claim related to damage shall be made against the Center or the employee in relation to any action taken by the Center or the employee in connection with their work or duties.

However, the employee's negligence If there is any loss or damage caused to someone due to the reason or knowingly, the concerned person can make a claim to the Center through the Government of Nepal. The center will make necessary arrangements to provide appropriate compensation for the loss.

(3) The center will arrange for the compensation given under sub-section (2) to be given through an insurance company or in another way in consultation with the Government of Nepal.
