In relation to the operation of the compensation fund established according to section 53 or 55, the following provisions will be made in the regulation:- (a) Provisions related to depositing funds in the fund, (b) Maximum amount to be given as compensation from the fund, (c) Accounting and auditing of the fund. Provisions, (d) the conditions for making a claim to receive funds from the compensation fund and the procedure for claiming, (e) the conditions in which claims are not made in the compensation fund, (f) the manner of taking action and decision regarding the payment of funds according to claims from the compensation fund, (g) compensation to a person The limit of the maximum amount that can be given, (h) other necessary matters related to the investigation regarding the compensation claim, (h) arrangements to be made in case of cancellation of the license of the securities market, (j) other necessary arrangements regarding the compensation.
