(1) The offender shall immediately pay the compensation according to this paragraph.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if such person is unable to pay the compensation immediately, if any property is given as a surety, the court may order that the compensation be paid in maximum three installments within one year.
(3) If compensation is not paid according to sub-section (1) or (2), the property of such offender shall be confiscated and compensation shall be paid to the victim.
