(1) In a case filed in the court demanding compensation against a health worker or a health institution, the related health worker or health worker shall demand from the committee the amount of compensation determined by the court or the mental expenses incurred while defending such a case. The organization shall submit an application to the committee in the format as per Schedule-7.

(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), when seeking the amount of compensation or the expenses incurred in defending the case, the application shall be submitted within three months from the date of judgment of the case by the court.
