Rule 29
Non-claim for compensation
: No claim for compensation shall be made in any of the following cases of protected livestock :-
(a) Failure to complete the claim process within the prescribed period,
(b) the guardian has for any reason relinquished his right over the secured livestock or such livestock has been lost or stolen,
(c) Injuring protected livestock with intent to kill or causing death of livestock due to the negligence of the protector or a member of his immediate family,
(d) _The guarantor has not paid the guaranty fee as per Rule 11, which is to be paid within the prescribed period throughout the guaranty period,
(e) If there is no leash attached to the body of the protected livestock and if it is lost, the protector has not given the information in writing to the chairman of the group in the case of livestock purchased under a technical and collective guarantee recognized by the concerned member organization, animal service office or fund,
(f) Failure to submit all the documents and proofs required to be submitted for the compensation claim in accordance with this regulation,
(g) Not using the protected livestock according to the purpose and purpose for which it should be used, (h) Death of a donkey, horse, mare, mule or horse in the case of being driven on a route other than the route mentioned in the agreement to protect as per clause (a) of rule 7 ,
(h) has not claimed or re-claimed within the period specified in sub-rule (1) of rule 27 or sub-rule (1) of rule 28, or (j) Other matters determined by the fund.

(h) has not claimed or re-claimed within the period specified in sub-rule (1) of rule 27 or sub-rule (1) of rule 28, or (j) Other matters determined by the fund.
