In accordance with rule 33, the amount of compensation to be given for the loss caused to the concerned person due to the prohibited use of the real estate shall be as determined by the compensation determination committee formed according to sub-rule (2) of rule 35.
(2) The amount of compensation given according to sub-rule (1) shall be given to the concerned person only once, except in the case of additional restrictions on the use of real estate.
