If any property is acquired under this Act, the Government of Nepal shall pay compensation and the compensation shall be assessed according to the principles laid down in Section 8. However, if the government of Nepal thinks or thinks that the rich person is a citizen of Nepal and usually resides outside the state of Nepal or has invested most of his movable property outside the state of Nepal, no compensation will be given to such rich person.
